When the water leak comes from the apartment above, things can get messy! This Goose Creek apartment complex called us with one water loss, two apartments affected, multiple tenants in convenience.  We are on site within an hour and it only took us a few days to return their home back to normal.  We were able to take out insulation, remove wet unsalvageable materials, disinfect, and get it dried out in just three days!
