Hidden Disaster!
The before and after pictures for this Summerville, SC home may seem to be reversed, but this is not the case. The pristine face of this wall showed very little, if any, indication as to what was lurking behind just a half inch of drywall. Caused by a leak from the exterior siding, the moisture collected in the wall causing a buildup of microbial growth that only became apparent when it began to have an odor and stain started to seep through close to the ceiling.
