Sometimes, the problem isn't visible.

What a mess!  And... it could have been missed all together.  This Goose Creek, SC  homeowner had an issue with an odor in their home and our technicians took the time to track it down.  When the problem didn't show up in the suspect places they could see or touch, they dug a little deeper.  Ultimately, the smell was due to and old water damage that caused mold growth behind the vanity.  After pulling the vanity and appropriately remediating the mold and mildew, the odor was gone.
