As of next month it's been a year since we started this project.  I figure by this time next year we may be close to completion! Thank you again for keeping up with this. If only you worked for the other companies I have dealt with, this would probably all be anon issue!  

Allison and Daniel and the extended SERVPRO team met and exceeded my expectations by swiftly identifying the issue and providing me with a solution they were able to immediately implement to remedy the problem masterfully.  As a member of the service industry, I was both impressed and grateful for Allison's ability to communicate the project effectively and be respectful of my time/home to complete the jobs in an efficient manner.  More projects with this SERVPRO team to come.
